Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton was in Cartagena, Colombia yesterday to galvanize women entrepreneurs. “Women’s Entrepreneurship in the Americas” is aimed at promoting women entrepreneurs throughout Latin America. The public-private partnership will help to train women and propel the overall economy in those countries. Pres. Obama is also in Colombia today as part of the Summit of Americas, a business and trade conference for leaders in North and South America.
